CLIENT BACKGROUND
Carriall is a mobile app modified by the mobile app developer team of CodePlateau Technology. Carriall is a company based in Nasik, Maharashtra who has created the backpacks and trolley with the latest technology to the customers. The bags are inbuilt with the USB chargers with the tractable location of the luggage. It has an inbuilt Bluetooth device to give the wireless experience to the users.
THE CHALLENGE
Carriall already had a mobile app, developed with a perspective to track the luggage via GPS. But with time the issues raised by the users to be connect to the bags. To solve the bugs and upgrade it with the latest technology, Cari all contacted the mobile app team of CodePlateau.
THE SOLUTION
Mobile application development team of CodePlateau came up with the solutions to all the bugs and queries of Cari all. All the issues were solved and also upgraded the mobile app to the next level. Latest Bluetooth version of HM05 was used to give the best user experience without any obstacles while using it.
THE RESULT
Carriall has received the improved and positive reviews after the launch of the updated mobile application on Play Store and App Store. Also the usability of the user was simplified including the easy login and sign up option via Gmail and Facebook.
